1. How do I place an order?
   You can browse our products, select the items you want, add them to your shopping cart, and then click “Checkout” on the shopping cart page to make your payment. You will be guided through the order process.

   If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet been processed; however, cancellations are not possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
8. How do I request a return or refund?
   You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for details. Please ensure the item is unused and comes with the original packaging and tags.
9. Is there a warranty on the item?
   For our beauty and hair products, if there are any quality issues, you can request a return or exchange according to our Refund and Return Policy. Unfortunately, warranties are generally not provided.
10. What if I received the wrong item?
    If the item you received doesn’t match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will provide a refund or exchange.
